In June 2025, Asletts was appointed to carry out a sensitive and meaningful refurbishment project in Tunbridge Wells. Following the passing of a family member, the homeowners wished to modernise all three bathrooms and refresh the home. Part of the brief included a structural knock-through to merge two smaller bathrooms into one spacious, luxurious suite.
Given the emotional circumstances, the project required a respectful approach, careful coordination, and a high level of finish throughout.

• Structural reinforcements carried out in line with building regulations.
• Complete redesign of the new layout to optimise space, flow, and comfort.
Bathroom Renovations
Each of the three bathrooms received a full refurbishment, including:

• Heating and flooring: Installation of modern underfloor heating systems and fully tiled floors and walls using premium tile ranges selected by the client.
• Electrical and lighting upgrades: New electrics and energy-efficient lighting, including feature lighting and improved task lighting.
• Plumbing and sanitaryware: Reconfigured plumbing layouts and installation of high-end sanitaryware, brassware, and shower systems.

All works were completed within a four-week programme, with careful scheduling to ensure the project remained on track.
